Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition and unused, with the original packaging and all accessories.
Acceptable reasons for return:
-The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
-The product does not match the description stated on the website.
-Order error (wrong product sent).
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1 Omr return fee for each single product
Exceptions:
Products that have been customized cannot be returned.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Product:
The customer must return the product to the address specified by Customer Service, including a copy of the invoice.

The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refund:
The value of the product will be refunded after ensuring that all conditions are met, using the same payment method used for purchase.
Replacement:
Replacement conditions: The product can be replaced with another available product of the same value, in the event of a defect in the original product or its non-conformity with the description.
Replacement procedures:
The replacement procedures follow the same procedures followed in the event of a return, with the difference that the customer will choose an alternative product.
